Re-paint / Re-Livery
Our state of the art, full-vehicle paint spray facility can achieve a high-quality, durable finish, including full preparation and corrosion repairs.
We have previously undertaken a major refurbishment on the class 334 fleet of 120 vehicles which included interior and exterior painting and branding, new floors, lino and dado panels, seat moquette along with some minor modifications. You can read more about this here.
Our refurbishment of the Class 334 fleet transformed the interior and exterior of these trains and remedied problems such as floor and bodyshell corrosion within a 3-week window.
Interior Refurbishment
We completely renew passenger vehicle interiors including modifications for enhancements or compliance with new regulations (for example, PRM “Accessible Transport for All”). We enable cost-effective improvement of rolling stock to facilitate continuous operation.
Brodie Engineering recently completed a complete interior and exterior refurbishment, C6 and PRM enhancements of Northern Rail’s fleet of Class 158's for Porterbrook, as shown in the time-lapse video below.
